Permits are required if you are planning on placing your dumpster on a street, sidewalk, or public property. If you are placing the dumpster on a privately owned spaced or your business property, you should not need a permit. HOAs may have restrictions as well. The best place for your dumpster would be on a flat area that has at least 3 ft of clearance around each side. Our dumpsters need at least 22 ft of unobstructed height and 34 ft of unobstructed room in front for service pickup.
